Hi, I'm Louis Katz, founder of The Courage Inside and a passionate advocate for cultivating a culture of courage in both personal and professional realms. With over 22 years of experience as the President of Technolene Inc., I've dedicated my career to transforming challenges into opportunities and helping individuals and organizations thrive.

My Journey

My journey began with Technolene Inc, a company I led from a reactive, break/fix operation to a forward-thinking managed IT services provider. Over the years, we evolved to serve small and medium-sized businesses, focusing on radical transparency and learning from every experience. This journey taught me the importance of continuous improvement and the power of a resilient mindset.

The Courage Run

I used to run for miles and miles. I once dreamed of running across the United States. These days, I walk. Walking clears my mind and allows me to soak in the world around me. In my 20s, I often ran with my friend Bernard, and those runs inspired The Courage Run, my online journal. Through The Courage Run, I aim to inspire people to live large, be bold, have faith, and fear nothing. This mission continues with my LinkedIn newsletter, where I guide readers from chaos to clarity.

Good is Good, But Better Beats the Competition

My philosophy, "Good is good, but better beats the competition," drives everything I do. Whether it's writing a keynote speech, developing a new system, or crafting an inspiring guidebook, I believe in striving for excellence and never settling for average. This philosophy is at the heart of my work at Let's Ask Louis!

The Chaos to Clarity System

I'm passionate about helping others achieve their dreams through goal setting and the strategic use of data. My Chaos to Clarity system is designed to bring order out of chaos, recommend associations and organizations, and make mutually beneficial connections. This system leverages tools like Outlook contacts, calendars, and emails to organize lives and boost productivity.

Louie the Lens

Photography is another passion of mine. As Louie the Lens, I've had the privilege of capturing the essence of numerous subjects, including the US Army Golden Knights. My photography reflects my belief in the power of a moment and the feelings that images can evoke.

Standup Comedy

Comedy is a unique and essential part of my life. As a standup comedian, I use humor to connect with audiences, break down barriers, and deliver impactful messages in an engaging way. I believe that laughter is a powerful tool for learning and growth, and I incorporate this into my speaking engagements and interactions.
